Accelerate your team’s knowledge and avoid information overload. The Accelerator’s case-based program breaks modeling down into basic building blocks, so your team gains both knowledge and experience.
Get more skill out than time put in. The Accelerator’s curated curriculum leans on real-life situations to bring new skills to life quickly, which means your team can go from unqualified to deal-ready in weeks.
Leverage our manager tools to monitor your team’s progress and identify opportunities for additional support. This tool automatically produces regular email reminders and real-time manager reports, so that as you support your team in learning you can do so in the least amount of time possible.
If you’re tired of having to outsource deal modeling and due diligence because your team lacks the knowledge and experience needed, the Accelerator puts the power back into your hands.
If you’re tired of expensive workshops that yield little increase in your teams knowledge and ability, the Accelerator provides a road map from start to finish so your team has the tools it needs to succeed.
The Accelerator teaches an industry-accepted framework for building institutional real estate financial models. Bring uniformity to your organization’s underwriting by ensuring that all members of your team speak the same cash flow modeling language.

“A great challenge. Real applicable concepts and with great examples.”

To complete the 17 courses in the core curriculum, you should expect to commit approximately 100 hours, depending on your current proficiency. Some courses are less intense than others, but most students spend 4-8 hours to complete each course.
The core curriculum was originally designed to be taken over an 8 – 12-week period, however you’re welcome to take the Accelerator at your own pace. Some may prefer to go full-time and complete the program in two weeks, while others may go slower and complete the program in a year. So don’t feel pressured to go any faster or slower than your time and ability permits.
You have access to all Accelerator content for one year. In other words, at anytime after you finish the program, you’ll be able to log back in and re-watch the videos, re-read the lectures, view the cases, download the Excel files, etc for up to a year from when you originally registered.
Each course comes with its own instructor-student Q&A section. In these Q&A sections, Accelerator members ask course instructors, Spencer and Michael, questions related to the course content.
These courses are on-demand, with pre-recorded video and audio lectures and accompanying Excel, Word, and PDF files. The student-instructor forums are actively monitored and questions answered by the A.CRE team.
Microsoft Excel 2013 or later.
Software that can read PDF files (Abode, PDFSam, etc.).
The Accelerator can be taken on either a PC or Mac. But keep in mind that we teach using a Windows PC. So guidance on keyboard shortcuts will not be compatible with Excel for Mac although the formulas will be the same.
The Accelerator learning platform is compatible with all screen sizes. However, you may not be able to work on the Excel files unless you are on a desktop or laptop.
All people enrolled should have a basic understanding of Microsoft Excel. That said, a Specialty Endorsement “Mastering MS Excel for Real Estate” is included in your curriculum. A very basic understanding should be sufficient as we walk you through a lot of the details step-by-step, keystroke by keystroke.
While the Accelerator curriculum is comprehensive, no curriculum can get to it all. This was the primary driver to adding Specialty Endorsements. Over 3 years we answered thousands of questions, created advanced learning tutorials, and finally curated those lessons and tutorials into six specialty endorsements.
With that said, our approach to take member feedback and add in additional tutorials has not changed.
Is there a concept not covered in the courses that you’d like Spencer or Michael to explain? Ask about it in the Q&A. Are there concepts you don’t quite understand and want greater explanation? Ask for it in the Q&A.
Spencer and Michael use the Q&A as an outlet to expand on existing concepts and teach new ones. The Q&A responses are well-thought-out mini lectures, using examples and sometimes even video tutorials to answer the questions.
Accelerator Core: The core curriculum is included with every package and is the foundation of the entire program, it includes our proven 17 case-based real estate modeling courses, one specialty endorsement (“Mastering MS Excel for Real Estate”), and access to the Q&A sections. The Accelerator Core membership level lasts for one year. You can extend your membership thereafter at a reduced rate.
Accelerator Advanced: The Accelerator Advanced membership level includes everything in the Accelerator Core membership level, plus five additional specialty endorsement curricula to further your learning beyond the core curriculum. The Accelerator Advanced membership level lasts for one year. You can extend your membership thereafter at a reduced rate.
Advanced Plus+: The Advanced Plus+ membership level includes everything in the Accelerator Advanced membership level, plus adds the A.CRE Financial Models bundle. The Advanced Plus + membership level lasts for one year. You can extend your membership thereafter at a reduced rate.
The A.CRE Financial Models bundle includes lifetime downloads and updates of our 28 most popular real estate financial models in our A.CRE library. The bundle is a convenient way to own 28 institutional-quality real estate models all at once, in one place, and at a price substantially lower than what one would typically pay for all models.
Note: the models in the A.CRE Financial Models bundle are not used in the Accelerator courses, but rather are institutional-quality, production-ready real estate financial models used by thousands of professionals everyday.
Absolutely. If you purchase the Accelerator Core package now and decide at a later date that you’d like to upgrade to the Advanced or to add the A.CRE Financial Models Bundle, you can do so by going to your Membership Details page in the Accelerator Learning Dashboard.
Yes. As an Accelerator member, you have the option to extend your membership in six month increments beyond the initial one year period at a reduced cost of $199 per six months. The extension is not processed automatically however, so you must manually process that extension through a link included in your Membership Details page of the Accelerator Learning Dashboard.
To make pricing fair to all Accelerator members, we do not offer individual discounts (not even on Black Friday). However, we do offer a two-installment payment plan to make the cost more manageable. That plan calls for 50% to be paid at registration, with the balance due 30 days later. Just select ‘Payment Plan’ under Payment Information at checkout to use a payment plan.
Additionally, we offer discounts to groups of 10+ members (e.g. University Real Estate Programs/Clubs, Companies, Non-profits, etc). To learn more about group discounts, email us at admin@adventuresincre.com.
Yes. While not included in an Accelerator membership level, we offer the option to add Career Coaching to your learning program. Find more details in your Membership Details page in the Accelerator Learning Platform.
